PAUL J. LOFTUS – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As the Chief Executive Officer, Paul J. Loftus is responsible for setting and executing the global strategy for the company.
In line with his successful track record of over 25 years, Paul consistently instills a desire to win every day. He does this by focusing on talent development and creating a regular cadence and discipline around process and proper messaging to the market and his employees. Paul maintains his philosophy to “never ask an associate to do something I’m not willing to do myself” and creates a team environment focused on repeatable processes that lead to predictability in performance. With the customer at the core of everything he does, Paul leads the development and delivery of SaaS software to solve problems that result in positive outcomes.
Paul’s Chicago roots will keep him loyal to his Chicago Bears, but his passion and love remain with his family and philanthropic efforts in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

CARL WOOLOFF – CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Carl Wooloff is responsible for Go-To-Market strategy which includes new business, overseeing marketing efforts, and working with existing customers.
Carl’s 20 years of sales experience, including over a decade of serving clients in the financial technology sector, provide him with valuable insights he brings to his current role. As a visionary in the field, Carl consistently drives revenue growth and market expansion. His leadership on the Go-to-Market team fosters a culture of collaboration and consistently surpasses targets and expectations.
Carl resides in Greensburg, PA with his wife and three children.

THOMAS KOWAL – VP, BUSINESS STRATEGY & FINANCE
As the Vice President of Business Strategy & Finance, Thomas Kowal is responsible for finance, business strategy and driving high sustained growth for the company through financial and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Thomas graduated from the University of Virginia where he studied Economics, International Affairs & Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Before joining the company, Thomas spent several years in management consulting roles in the financial services industry, working with community banks and credit unions across the U.S. to optimize their operational efficiency and profitability. He later expanded his expertise working on engagements with one of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Thomas has experience in finance, revenue enhancement, process improvement, leading cross-functional teams and contract negotiations.
Thomas is a die-hard sports fan, remaining loyal to his college sports teams, the Green Bay Packers and the Atlanta Braves. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

BRITTANY VARVILLE – CHIEF OF STAFF
Brittany Varville serves as the Chief of Staff focused on guiding, advising and executing through cultural, operational and strategic matters. Her role is to drive executive project management and balance strategic and tactical priorities. She is the liaison between the CEO and the business leaders, supporting the strategic direction set by the executive team. She plays a role in fostering collaboration and streamlining decision-making processes to strengthen communication across all levels of the company.
Previously, Brittany held various roles in marketing, global real estate and project management, overseeing customer experience, employee engagement and project development for over eight years. She is passionate about being a steward of strategy, planning, vision and culture.
Brittany resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and children.

TIM SCHMIDT – VP, CUSTOMER DELIVERY
As Vice President of Customer Delivery, Tim Schmidt leads the Implementations, Managed Services and Cloud Services teams, driving innovation, efficiency and strong execution at every stage of the client journey. With a background in customer success and technology solutions, Tim ensures that ASI delivers seamless experiences and lasting value.
Drawing on deep expertise in the unique needs of community banks, Tim works closely with his teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance performance, reliability and long-term client success. Under his leadership, ASI continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner in service and technology.
Tim is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is active in his local community and values the balance between professional excellence and family life.

As Vice President of Customer Success, Todd Rolfes brings over 30 years of experience and is instrumental in shaping the company's long-standing commitment to exceptional customer service. Todd leads the support and engagement teams—ensuring every client receives the guidance and resources needed to make the most of ASI’s software.
A strong advocate for relationship-driven service, Todd is passionate about helping clients thrive. He partners closely with his teams to enhance support strategies, improve processes and deliver meaningful value to customers and their communities.
Todd lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife and grown children and is an avid fan of Huskers sports.

BILL PHILLIPS – VP, SECURITY
As Vice President of Security at ASI, Bill Phillips oversees the company’s cybersecurity strategy, risk management programs, and regulatory compliance efforts. His role includes managing security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence while collaborating with development and IT teams to integrate secure coding practices and robust security frameworks.
Bill is a seasoned IT security leader with over 35 years of industry experience, including two decades as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, a major media corporation, and within K–12 education. With degrees in Management of Information Systems (BS) and Business Administration (MBA), Bill brings a strategic and technical perspective to his work.
A six-year Navy veteran, Bill lives in Papillion, Nebraska, with his wife.

As Vice President of Software Development, Matt Canaday leads ASI’s development and quality assurance teams with a focus on delivering high-quality, feature-rich software for clients.
A Certified Scrum Master with over a decade of Agile leadership, Matt brings more than 30 years of experience in banking, financial software development and team management. His servant leadership style fosters growth in junior developers while empowering seasoned engineers to excel. Matt has led development teams in the U.S. and internationally, working across legacy core systems and modern digital platforms.

Kelly Martinez serves as Vice President of Product Development at ASI, where she leads the company’s product strategy and roadmap. She oversees the execution of the Build, Buy, Partner approach, driving innovation, accelerating growth and aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
With more than 14 years of experience in product management and strategic partnerships, Kelly is Pragmatic Certified (Levels I, II, III) and brings a structured, results-driven approach to market strategy. She has a strong track record of scaling partner operations, developing new revenue streams and increasing product adoption through cross-functional collaboration.
Kelly lives in Marietta, Georgia with her husband and two children.
