Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team and directly support our Director of Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will help execute brand and campaign initiatives, support key conference and event strategies, and ensure marketing operations run smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing while contributing to high-visibility projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics coordination for industry tradeshows, including exhibit prep, collateral management, registration, shipping, and post-event follow-up
- Support planning and execution of our annual Connection Conference, assisting with speaker outreach, sponsor deliverables, session materials, attendee communications, and internal coordination
- Assist in the development and organization of marketing assets, including sales decks, product sheets, and branded templates
- Contribute to campaign execution across email, digital, and social platforms by drafting copy, formatting content, and tracking timelines
- Help maintain and organize marketing calendars, project lists, and campaign documentation to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate internal collaboration across departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align messaging and gather inputs for various campaigns and materials
- Track performance metrics and compile reports from marketing platforms and campaigns to support decision‑making
- Assist with vendor coordination for creative, print, or promotional projects as needed
- Provide high-value marketing team support, including preparing documents, organizing content, and helping keep initiatives on track
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships included)
- Strong written communication and copyediting skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Comfortable using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute across multiple areas of marketing
