Automated Systems, Inc. and Insite Data Services are pleased to announce the opening of the new IDS On-Time Bank Services processing office within the ASI headquarters facility and the hiring of new staff to accommodate demand. This newly constructed space provides greater capacity to support the growing demand from community banks for full service solutions.
IDS On-Time initially opened its doors in October 2015. At the end of April 2016, a beta bank came onboard with IDS On-Time and put the new service processors to the test until September 2016. The IDS On-Time market release occurred in October 2016 at the Insite User’s Conference – Connection 2016. As of June 2017, 18 banks are currently being supported by IDS On-Time bank services with an additional 11 banks scheduled to start through the end of this year.
IDS On-Time offers back office processing to any community bank partners utilizing Insite Data Services. The IDS On-Time team processes ACH and Cash Letter files, return files, outgoing files, the ATM/EFT file posting, bill payment, and mobile deposit items. In addition, they handle the bank’s NSF, overdraft, and stop payment decisions. They offer operational support, statement and notice generation with critical End-of-Day, Month, and Year processing for all full service partners.
