Automated Systems, Inc seeks a full-time Release Coordinator. This position is non-exempt and works on-site Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM. The candidate will serve as the customer point of contact for all software release events, handling process management and implementation of software product releases and enhancements for all company products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement release and installation program, processes and procedures to include objectives of the release process
  • Communicate with customers to schedule software updates and inform them of release schedules
  • Conduct pre and post deployment meetings
  • Initiate and maintain the release schedule, calendar, dashboard, and any other supporting processes
  • Provide release communication documentation to include risk, resources and overall success/failure of release
  • Monitor and control the work to ensure that the product release remains on track and in control
  • Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the release
  • Work closely with product management, development, quality assurance and client services teams on all product releases
  • Mange the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issues and change management across the functional organization
  • Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the effective implementation of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables; create and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls to timelines
  • Anticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risks; identify possible causes; work with teams to identify solutions; select and implement most appropriate solution
  • Demonstrate business analytics to manage and meet customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and business correspondence
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Resourceful, fact finder and ability to draw valid conclusions
  • Courteous, professional and patient
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accountable
  • Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in collaboration with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics, or a related field preferred / Equivalent work experience in Software, Banking or Financial industry
  • Knowledge of financial systems and/or banking preferred
