Product Demonstration Specialist



Responsible for the creation of business specific presentations and demonstrating products to community bank representatives.


Essential Duties:

  • Develop detailed demonstration scripts to accommodate each client and their unique workflows
  • Effectively demonstrate the software to new and existing clients to achieve sales goals
  • Follow-up on unanswered questions, and the creation of specific demonstration scripts and scenarios to be demonstrated in subsequent sessions as applicable
  • Assist marketing team members with the development of PowerPoint presentations, and presentation materials
  • Represent the company as part of the sales and marketing team at trade shows
  • Maintain the product demonstration region and all demonstration data
  • Ability to configure the software products and update specific demonstration data to meet the needs of prospects
  • Provide quality assurance of new software functionality as new releases are applied to the demonstration region
  • Ability to assimilate new and advanced features of software into product demonstrations
  • Create sample outputs from the system (reports, etc.)
  • Perform demonstrations at prospect locations with sales team and via webinars
  • Act as liaison between the sales team, Client Liaison, QA and Development teams to stay abreast of newly released and anticipated functionality
  • Provide feedback to senior management related to product issues
  • Assist in expanding the market share for products
  • Update sales presentation videos for internal and external use
  • Conduct onsite visits for existing customer base
  • Assist sales team with relationship team management
  • Work on various special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education and experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including strong writing, and business correspondence
  • Knowledge of financial systems and/or banking preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and driven
  • Expert presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office products
  • 5+ years background in sales and/or marketing
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment



  • Ability to travel 20% – 40% – Company Private Plane
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving history



  • Depending on Experience and Education



  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.



  • Exempt
