Payment

Invoices will be sent on September 1, 2026 to the billing contact provided at registration.
Registrations received after September 1 will be invoiced the Friday immediately following and are due upon receipt.
Payment not received by October 2, 2026 may result in cancellation of your registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before September 25, 2026.
Cancellations after September 25 are not guaranteed a refund but may be reviewed upon request.
Substitutions are allowed at any time — contact us to update attendee information.

Badge & Onsite Check-In

The registration desk will open at 12:00 PM on October 13, 2026.
Badges must be worn and visible at all times during conference activities.
