Payment

Invoices will be sent to the billing contact provided during registration by the third business day of the month following your registration.
Registrations received after September 1 will be invoiced the Friday immediately following and are due upon receipt.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before September 25, 2026.
Cancellations after September 25 will not receive a refund.
Substitutions are allowed at any time — contact us to update attendee information.

Badge & Onsite Check-In

The registration desk will open at 12:00 PM on October 13, 2026.
Badges must be worn and visible at all times during conference activities.

Photography & Media

By attending the Connection Conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded for ASI promotional purposes.
Your name, title, and financial institution will be included in the attendee directory within the conference mobile app. Personal contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, will not be shared.
