iDirector™ provides bank directors with secure access to board materials, reports and other confidential information. This allows meeting participants to view meeting handouts whether they are in the same room or in different cities.
iDirector™ utilizes a layered security model that includes the latest safeguards and features so authorized users are granted access to data quickly and securely. Each iPad is registered through an out-of-band approval process with all communications done by iDirector™ Service Cloud (ISC) using SSL. In the event an iPad is lost, stolen or replaced, the device can be deactivated by an administrator without disabling the user’s account. Because all data is never stored in the tablet, the bank’s data remains secure.
As an add-on feature to ASI’s iPortal™ system, iDirector™ provides directors with secure access to board materials, reports, and other confidential information from the convenience of their homes or offices. Documents reside on the secure server rather than on a file-sharing cloud, eliminating the threat of sensitive materials falling into the wrong hands. Only authorized meeting attendees have access to meeting packets. Updates are sent to director’s iPads the minute they become available.
