Our experience over the last 20 years has lead to the development of our Technical Alliance Partnership (TAP) which is founded on the following concepts:

  • Efficient blend of centralized helpdesk support: intrernet, phone, remote dial up, and on-site support services
  • Proactive support based on scheduled visits helping to minimize emergency support
  • Proactive network management provided by 24/7 remote network monitoring
  • Senior technician mentoring of new technical staff trainees, providing real world experience augmenting certified training and the on-going technical training of support staff

Since the launch of the Technical Alliance Partnership support program, it has been extremely well received by large and small businesses alike. We are constantly striving to improve and expand our service offerings through the TAP program. TAP offers three different levels of service agreements and many other options such as Hardware Mainenance and HelpDesk Network Support. These service agreements are customized to benefit businesses of all sizes.
