Our Network Support offerings are entitled the "Technical Alliance Partnership^SM" (TAP). Within the TAP program, there are three separate support plans based on the number of supported network users:

• Tier One: 15 or less users
• Tier Two: 25 or less users
• Elite: Unlimited number of users

  • Unlimited specification archiving
  • Secure access available 24x7

• Private Interactive Forum and Database
  • Unlimited support questions
  • Solution resolution archiving
  • Available 24x7

• Network Management Services
  • Tier One
    • Includes support for a Windows NT or Novell Server (single server only)
    • Includes 1 phone or dial-up* incidents per month (1 per month, no carry over)
    • Includes 1 hour on-site scheduled networking support per month (1 per month, no carry over, on-site support must be scheduled 3 business days prior to support visit)
    • Access via the technical support toll-free number
    • 4-hour phone response time during business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST
    • Best effort support for additional operating systems and applications
    • Additional HelpDesk incidents are $50 per incident
    • Additional on-site networking support calls are $75 per hour

  • Tier Two
    • Includes support for a Windows NT or Novell Server (single server only)
    • Includes 2 phone or dial-up* incidents per month (2 per month, no carry over)
    • Includes a 2 hour on-site scheduled networking support incident per month (1 per month, no carry over, on-site support must be scheduled 3 business days before support visit. Customers located outside of the Lincoln or Omaha metropolitan areas, are subject to a per hour travel charge of $30.00 for each service representative required to perform the service. Travel and service outside of normal business hours are billed at a rate of 1.5 x the standard rate.)
