The knowledge base is an alternate communication and support channel that allows you a permanent record of all support questions and resolutions.
When you submit a question on your private knowledge base, an Automated Systems HelpDesk technician is alerted. A response will be posted quickly.
This will in turn alert you via e-mail to the fact that a response is available. This support has no restrictions on the number of incidents.
One of the best features of the knowledge base is that all of your questions and responses will be recorded for you to reference at any time in the future. Don't be concerned about other companies viewing your knowledge base entries. This is a password protected secure area for your personnel only. Your designated administrator will have access to add or delete users.
