HelpDesk Support Services
Automated Systems established a formal help desk operation October of 1997. Current working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Based on customer demand these hours are adjustable. The HelpDesk is designed to support contractual Technical Alliance, Insite Banking, TerraScan and Thin-Client customers.
