Please give a problem description when requesting an RMA # or include it with the shipped unit. Ship unit to Automated Systems, Inc., 14637 West 95th Street, Lenexa, Kansas 66215, Phone: (913) 438-1622. Notice: 1 hour minimum on all hourly repairs.

The estimate fee will be charged for all terminals that have been serviced by a technician and the customer chooses to not have the unit repaired or the unit is simply deemed not repairable. If the terminal is repaired by an Automated Systems technician, no estimate fee is billed.
