Winterm
3360 SE Winterm terminals provide easy access to business-critical applications. The first Windows-based terminal to earn the ' Powered by Microsoft Windows CE ' logo. Overview
Wyse,
the thin-client market leader, introduces the new Winterm 3360SE, a more
powerful version of the Windows-Based Terminal Standard configuration
endorsed by Microsoft in September 1999. With this addition to the Winterm
line, you can offer your customers a range of products designed to meet
all their Windows-based terminal needs seamlessly – in virtually any IT
environment.
The
modular Winterm 3360SE includes one USB, one parallel and two serial ports,
plus audio ports, a PCMCIA slot and keyboard and mouse connections. The
Winterm 3360SE is ideal for desk-bound office workers who connect using
10/100BaseT, token ring, wireless or modems who also may require local
peripheral support such as printers. Like all Winterm 3000 series terminals,
the Winterm 3360SE is capable of connecting to Microsoft Windows NT® Server
4.0, Terminal Server Edition, Citrix WinFrame®, and Microsoft Windows
2000. With 15 local terminal emulations standard, it can immediately replace
existing "green screen" character-based terminals from DEC, IBM, Wyse,
and others, or can be used to integrate newer, graphics- or Windows-based
applications with legacy mainframe or UNIX environments. And, as with
all Winterm 3000 series products, the Winterm 3360SE provides outstanding
reliability, manageability, rapid device deployment, and low total cost
of ownership. The Winterm 3360SE is positioned at the high end of the
Winterm 3000 Series product line. Our mid range Winterm 3350SE, entry
level Winterm 3320SE and integrated Winterm 3720SE round out the Winterm
3000 series product line.
