Job Description
Established in 1981, Automated Systems, Inc. (ASI) develops, markets, and supports a core banking software system along with ancillary products and hardware for community banks nationwide. Our team seeks talented, dedicated professionals with backgrounds in areas such as banking, accounting, finance, insurance, or bank software.

The position consists of:

• Taking calls from banks experiencing problems with ASI’s banking software and ancillary products.
• Troubleshooting ASI’s banking software and ancillary products.
• Training bank personnel on the operation of banking software.
• Traveling to customer/bank sites on occasion.

Job Qualifications
Have the ability to interface successfully with a wide variety of personalities and be capable of working with minimum supervision. Candidates should also have strong basic computer skills, experience managing files and folders, and experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Mental aptitude for learning new software and other computer technologies. Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone from banks. Able to ask appropriate questions, troubleshoot issues, and problem solve with minimal turnaround time.

After 1 year of employment, employees earn 1 week of paid vacation and the option of joining the 401k plan. Vacation increases to two weeks after two years of employment.
