Richard C. Perry, Owner and President

Richard C. Perry’s interest in banking came from his time as a branch manager for Burroughs in the late 1970’s. This company sold posting machines and proof machines and had a national contract with Information Technology. Most of the early sales for Information Technology were in the mid west and all the contracts ran thru the Lincoln Branch. In 1981 Richard started Automated Systems, Inc., to meet the core processing needs of community banks. Early on, ASI also specialized in selling hardware as well as services, but as time went on, ASI started to focus on the banking industry because it is a well regulated and identifiable market. Over the years, as technology evolved and customer needs changed, the company’s vision grew to include the many ancillary products ASI offers today.  In 2008, ASI founded Insite Data Services, a hosting solution, which was created to meet another customer demand.  ASI prides itself as being a leading provider of cost effective, real-time solutions for community banks. Today, many of ASI’s employees have banking experience in various areas which allows them to focus their product line towards the needs of community banks.

Bradley R. Perry, Vice President of Operations

Brad is responsible for overseeing daily operations and developing strategic goals for Automated Systems, Inc. Brad works closely with sales, application development, and technical staff to ensure company initiatives are communicated and implemented. Brad has been with the company for nearly 20 years and has participated in nearly every facet of the company’s operation.

Todd Rolfes, Quality Control Manager

Todd has been with Automated Systems, Inc. since June of 1995, and is responsible for overseeing customer support, data conversions, and application development for the Insite Banking System. Prior to joining Automated Systems, Inc., Todd worked for Information Technology, Inc. as a Data Installation Leader.

Josh Eggley, SVP of Business Development

Josh joined ASI in March of 2007. He has a decade of business-to-business sales experience in telecommunications and Information Technology, working directly with customers in the banking and medical industries. Prior to joining ASI, Josh worked for Harland Technology Services.

Mark Evanson, Account Executive

Mark has been with Automated Systems, Inc. for over four years. His sales area includes Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio. He has over 37 years of experience in the financial market place. He spent 20 years with UNYSE and 13 years with Standard Register prior to ASI.

Gary Knutson, Account Executive

Gary has been with the company since 1987, marketing the Insite Banking System and ancillary products to new and existing Insite customers. He strongly believes in putting the customer first and that has brought him over 35 years of success in account management of financial institutions.

Taber Randolph, Account Executive

Taber has been with ASI since September 2008. With his previous sales experience, he assists with marketing the Insite Banking System and ancillary products to new and existing Insite customers. He offers support to current Insite clients with their hardware or 3rd party software needs.

Daniel Weins, Account Executive

Daniel has been with ASI since September 2009. As an Account Executive he is responsible for the marketing and sales of ASI products and services. Dan performs a wide range of activities for existing clients ranging from assisting with immediate needs, to helping them restructure their network.

Mike Castle, Account Executive

Mike joined ASI in April of 2011. Mike has 16 years of experience working directly with community banks in their strategic planning of products, services, and operations. Prior to joining ASI, Mike worked for Fiserv/PCS as a senior sales executive since 1995.

Tim Brehm, Bank Support Manager

Tim is responsible for managing Insite software support and personnel. Duties include evaluations, training, managing, ensuring calls are escalated in a timely fashion, helping with customers on a higher level, and making sure they are using the resources at their end properly.
